Combining RPI, Massey, Sagarin, & AP Poll (1/2 weight).
Max of 1000. Color-coded by conference.

Computers say that pollsters are under-rating Florida St, Villanova, & Mich St, while over-rating Texas, Oklahoma, Okla St, Georgia.

B12 and SEC lead with half their teams in the top 40.
ACC & B10 have 5/12
PAC (4/12) & BgE (5/15) are next
A10 has 2/16

Four of PAC teams are in top 25 -- might Stanford finally have some challengers?

Tenn at number 8 (not saying is wrong) really highlights lack of depth in WCBB. Even Vill at 19 and NC at 20. Am I reading correctly that Ohio State not in top 40, that seems like quite a difference from polls.

Ohio St's computer rankings are #62, #33, #31. They are not ranked in the AP top 25 anymore.

After last night Texas will not be in the top 25 in any poll. They really got spanked at home by an unranked Iowa team.

Unless Stanford gets blown out today they should drop no lower than 2. If the win over Baylor was good enough for them to leapfrog to number 1 then it should keep them ahead of Baylor in the polls.

I'm not sure what happened to them at Arkansas, but I still believe Kansas to be a much better team. They played a highly ranked Cal team quite well on the road. Davis is still working her way back and I would not be surprised to see them in the Elite 8. Goodrich is a spectacular guard.

Delaware pounded Villanova tonight... Turned a 2- point halftime deficit into a 19 point lead with a 25-4 run to start the second half.

Consider the blowout fulfilled.

I didn't check them all, but looks like the major separator is between 3rd and 4th.not very surprising, except to those who thought it would be between 4 and 5

The Sagarin ratings have changed a little bit in the last day with UConn jumping to the 5th best SOS and have a top rating that would indicate that it would win by 5 points in a game at Maple Pavilion (give 21 more points). I thought for sure that UTenn would finish December with the top SOS, but it will actually be behind some school called Central Michigan that has a losing record but has played four top 25 team games, beating UW-Green Bay in one of a pair against them, and today is playing a neutral-court game against Texas, a ranked team that is currently #58 in Sags.

Of the Sags 40 top teams, 23 have no wins against a top-25 team and five have not played any of them. Of those five, UW-GB still manages a strong #26 SOS and Villanova has a decent #45, but OK St is at #327, Georgia is at #248, and Syracuse is #230. Despite their almost spotless current records, they all could have trouble getting selected in March if they don't manage at least a .500 record in conference play.

The leader in most top-25 games is some team from Storrs that has a 5-0 record, and that #2 SOS UTenn team is at 1-2.

UConn's win was so strong that most of the rest of the top 10 is showing double-digit % declines in their point totals.

Delaware's two recent wins causes a ranking leap from 82 to 62. Meanwhile, Texas does not crack the top 75, and that will get even worse when the new AP poll comes out (1/7th of my composite rankings).
