The Massey ratings for this year are alway suspect this early, but these actually look fairly reasonable - if anything LSU is being pulled down by last years debacle while FSU and Baylor are pretty close to last years final status - Baylor at 2/4, FSU at 11/19 while LSU was at 111/43

The offensive numbers include what was a track meet game in 2015 against OSU - who still isn't interested in playing defense. The defensive numbers are to me a bigger issue with this team.

Massey ratings are including last year's results so not really correct to use them as a comparison measure vs a year ago.

Yeah, I know - but because the teams are preforming at pretty much the same level this year they are not too bad at this point for these three teams -we'll see if they maintain, but I suspect they will - the real point is this years schedule is significantly stronger to this point:
