Anyone else just down overall on this year, not sure if it's a disappointing year thus far coupled with NC hangover or what.
BE powers down - Ville', Pitt, Uconn. Total lack of drama this season within conference. Yeah Cuse is having a nice year, but they're out the door while this program is in limbo.
ANOTHER NCAA issue with the Boatright thing - the NCAA stuff just seems continuous with this program, whether it's warranted or not. It's become an annual event of late.
BE disbanding - in the past where I've always pulled for BE teams aside from Uconn, now that the integrity of the league is essentially kapoot, that league pride is gone. Three top programs are leaving and we all know that there are others that are lined up to leave at the first chance. It's a weird year in that respect.
Pac Ten blows, ACC blows with the exception of Duke/NC, Big Ten has no oomph. The Big 12, another conference that is moving parts, is the only one that really has anything interesting going on. The god d@mn Dukies fans aren't even attending home games.
It's just a blah year altogether. I can't remember a college hoops year that was this anti climactic. Hate to be a downer, but tough getting jazzed for this season.
