College Football Playoff First Round

Bama looks confused. Not 100% focused early in this game. TBH Notre Dame would have been a more interesting opponent. But maybe they wake up soon.

If Alabama ends up getting blown out and so does JMU, who do you think the talking heads will focus on over the next few days…

There will be a lot of heat directed at Alabama, and a lot of talk that they really shouldn't have been in if this continues. The talk shouldn't have been about ND and Miami, it should have been about Alabama.

Jeez Oklahoma losing their minds with a bad decision on 3rd down and a huge drop then the punter fumbles the snap and turns it over on their side of the 50.

They are a pretty up and down team at times. Very limited offensively, to say the least. Honestly, if it wasn't for some horrific officiating in their game against Auburn, they aren’t here.

This must be vindicating for you as a Miami fan to watch these teams play this poorly.

All of Tulane, JMU, and Miami are fine after this. Alabama tackles like UConn’s DL and OU’s quarterback is atrocious.

I don't really look at it that way. I live here and used to work at UM, so I find it impossible to not want them to do well. I am a sportsman though, and I just have never felt that these two teams were that great this year. I am very confident that Miami is better than both of these teams, and I definitely believe ND is as well. I just want to see the best teams play, and I don't think they are all in there.

OU just can't drive the length of the field. If it isn't a turnover, or a short field, they struggle to do anything. They really missed a chance to put this game away in the first half because they just aren't good enough offensively.
