I said after one of his recent games that people forgot he sat out a year and that how he is playing recently is more probably like himself. Everything is new to him and he had sat out, so it just took a little time to get back to being himself. This is what I expected and what we will see going forward.

It's too bad basketball doesn't have a "key pass" stat like soccer because his 3ast today don't do justice for how well he moved it
Plenty of dropped passes or missed bunnies

Cole has been the best player in the last 2 games. They handled Marquette's pressure very well. Look for opponents to start blitzing the pick and rolls with Cole, especially when he goes left. Hurley, like a chess player, should have some counters planned and practiced. I can see opponents starting the game like that with the intention of knocking Cole off his game from the get-go.

Its unreal that RJ is now the go to guy for UConn who takes the chances and has been making big plays. I assumed that was going to be Bouk but RJ certainly has shown he has bigger "onions" than Bouk at this time.
I do love that these two are in the back court and the threat they pose to opposing teams
Need a productive back court as you advance in NBE and NCAA tourney time

Cole is the guy counterpunching and keeping us together. He has stepped as the real leader on the floor and is scoring at key junctures.

didn’t need to dominate the scoring. Cole spread the ball around and ran a good offense

I still really want to see him pass out of a clogged lane. If he did it today, he might have gotten his double figures in assists. I think it's an untapped tool that might be needed as the competition elevates.

Wish Cutty wasn’t such an ancillary character because Cole looks so much like him, it’s criminal we can’t ride some Cutty mojo because he was still low key one of the best characters on that show
