I don't think Hawkins belongs in the first group since he has dropped 20+ points 13 times and 30+ twice in his career thus far, and has had stretches of efficient play. I don't think he belongs in the latter because he was drafted 14th, the end of the lottery can be a crapshoot and I do think he will stick around in the league. [/QUOTE]
