Is the championship bonus for the conference championship, conference tournament, or NCAA championship?
Mitchell makes almost twice as much as Holly? Not a fan of either, just sayin!

Based on some on the dollars for championships, its probably for National Championships. Can't see getting paid 100K+ for conference championships

Amazing to see schools willing to pay that much money to coaches for a sport that has virtually no visibility
and pretty much losing money, even at some of the elite schools.

Gary Blair 753,000+!!!! Well now, that redefines the term "money well spent" or NOT!!!! Wonder what Mulkey pulls in, they are probably too imbarrassed to reveal that!

I think all the "Private" schools ( TCU, Baylor, Vandy) are not required to disclose. The state schools have to disclose because more often than not they are employees of the state.

Holy Cripes.... is Karen Aston at Texas underpaid at 500K or what? Give her a raise

and with the comments on Mitchell..... I certainly give him much credit for BUILDING a program at KY ..... not taking one over.... same thing done by Geno ...and Calhoun for that matter..... hard to do!!!

Let's just say Mulkey's is a "creative" co-op venture between university and several significant fans. And she ain't lookin UP to no one.

No one should make more than $1 million unless they have a national championship and/or multiple Final Four credentials. Otherwise, the highly-paid coach isn't really enhancing the brand or creating a team so compelling that people want to watch (on TV or in attendance).

Well, with Title IV, they have to. At most schools, WCBB comes a lot closer to breaking even than other women's sports, so it's a good investment. It's why UConn WCBB functionally pulls in a lot more money than people think.

In the SEC, Dawn has a MUCH bigger championship bonus than anyone else, at $400K. Most are $100K, with a range of $40-$250K.

Our AD believes in large performance bonuses. As a supervisor, I do too.

Holly is way underpaid considering her win/loss percentage overall (and in the SEC) and the way her teams have performed in the SEC overall.

Yes, I was shocked how far she was down the salary list.

Is this based on the contract term as a whole? If so how is this divided out over the term.

Not being a wiseass but do you mean Title IX? If not, what's Title IV?

Lol, yeah
Stupid Romans.
