This team needs a serious kick in the ass. I can only hope, in the middle of the first drill of their first practice back, Ollie goes off, telling them how disappointed he is, how they aren't playing together, with no energy or hunger and KICK them out of practice. Tell them don't come back until they are willing to do those things!!!! Time for these players to take accountability and see what they are made of. They are the ones who can right this ship!

He may have to go to bat for someone soon during a game like JC did…….get a "T" with a purpose…….it works sometimes both with the players and the refs……..

A little less of the whiney looking face and more of the "I'm pissed off" look at the players……..time for a run out to mid court to get into someone's grill or all…..

Again, couldn't agree more. He really needs to do something un-Ollie like and shock the hell out of these kids. Time for him to show what 10 toes in is all about.......because this surely isn't.

just seeing his face there may scare these kids into playing better
