I know this poll matters little, but how are Wisconsin and Ohio St ahead of us??? Seriously??? Both lost 5 0f last 6. We literally have no cred anymore. Duke has 5 losses and they are #11. Only team I know that moves up in the ranking after "almost" beating the #1 team. They have played a tough schedule for sure, but you have to win against some of those teams, and they have lost them all except a home win vs #22 Mich. Gonzaga? Not a single win vs RPI top 25 yet they are ahead of us. I don't understand the hate.

Wisconsin is 13th in RPI and 24th in the Coaches Poll (-11).
Ohio State is 20th in RPI and 25th in the Coaches Poll (-5).
Duke is 8th in RPI and 11th in the Coaches Poll (-3).
Gonzaga is 21st in RPI and 20th in the Coaches Poll (+1).
We are 33rd in RPI and 27th in the Coaches Poll (+6).
Hard to argue we're not getting a fair shake. Hard to argue the AAC isn't getting a fair shake either with Cinci at 7th in the Coaches Poll (+8 vs RPI), Louisville at 10th (+25!), Memphis at 26 (+2), and SMU at 33 (+14). It's all good. It's February. Five of our last ten games are against quality opponents. If we take care of business on the court we'll have a very good seed come March (and a very high ranking in the end-of-regular-season Coaches Poll, for whatever that's worth).

It's a little disconcerting how different the Coaches Poll is from the AP, which I think is far more accurate right now. I think we're going to find out in the tourney how the B1G is a farce this year in basketball.
