Coaches already getting the boot........

Conference tournaments are not quite finished but some schools are already letting coaches go.

First one from a BCS school, Bonnie Henrickson is out at Kansas.

Sure there will be more.

Henrickson - I remember when she was hired away from Va Tech. Kansas hoped she'd rebuild the program. I know Jen wants to stay in Connecticut and Tonya is building something in Cinci, but depending on the resources available at Kansas, that would be a total step up for either of them. Or maybe Shea is ready for a HC gig? Not sure they'd consider an asst coach, but one from UCONN might be good for an exception...

E- I think Naismith U. would be an absolutely fantastic opportunity for a prospective coach to develop a championship WCBB program at a basketball-crazy school. Combine their big bucks resources, great facilities and supportive alums with KU's geographical proximity to Texas, lately THE hotbed of recruiting, and I think you have the formula for creating a great success- with the right coach. What a coaching plum that job should be!
