Running Game: Combination of not finishing blocks and hitting hole consistently enough. Focus on effiecient runs of 4 yards or more. I believe you bang it in there with the goal of going 4+ each time. Don't worry about the long stuff. If you bang it in there consistently you expect a big one to break. Gotta be physical up front and good things will happen if you hustle. Stressing physical at line this week.
Offensive Line: Size is not the factor, we are big enough. No question. We have some guys that have soem strengths. Not having Kevin Friend was a factor, we just need to execute and be more consistent. Just going all out ALL OUT on every single called run. I believe overall in this game you don't know when the big plays are coming, WRs gotta stay on it on the back side and stay on them until the whistle blows and the ack will come out with a big play.
Coverage: Right before end of first half, inside receiver ran to flat that outside guy came in and we lost focused. Gave up long run to QB and long pass and we couldve gone in with 10-0 lead at half.
Michigan: Devin Garnder very good athlete. He does run. They do hand it off. Best tackle in college football. Gallon is slot reeiver who is extremely quick and fast. Strong tailback, tight end and QB can beat you with their feet.
Shakim: "right now gonna see. All day today and tomorrow and we'll look at him today and tomorrow. It's questionable right now. Not a serious seriouos injury, but depending on degree and how deep it is it [hamstring] can be painful. He's moving around pretty good though." (Nothing new here)
