should vol fans be concerned that she might not sign one single top recruit in 2020? isnt this the issue she had at nc state??

I don't know, but her predecessor had no trouble loading the team with HS All Americans and didn't do squat with them in the lineup. If Harper can get Tennessee back in the Top 25, earn a berth in the NCAAs & go deep in the tournament then the top recruits will start paying attention once again. A tall order but it can be done if she can get the max out of the players she already has in place.

I liked the interview. I think this years team will be improved. This is I think the most talented team. That Harper has coached. Of the returning players who will improve the most?
