I use the word 'coach' politely, but in all seriousness what is going on in Bloomfield? We are one more off court issue away from having Crean becoming the next head coach of ECU .

Crean's problems should make VCU fans nervous, because if he's out, then Shaka's maybe the most logical target for IU.

And yeah, Shaka's already said he'd only leave for Wisconsin. But I think we can all smell the bulls--t of that statement two counties away. IU is one of the great programs in college basketball history, and the chance to be the guy who really returns it to its previous greatness would be impossible for him to pass up.

He did win in the Big East - won 10 or 11 games in conference all three years. And he seemingly was on the way to building Indiana with two very strong seasons where they ended in the Sweet Sixteen.

But to go from 29-7 and first in the Big Ten to the bottom starting to fall out last season, he's grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory.

When players start driving over each other and that's not even the worst story of your weekend, things are going poorly.

Yeah that's pretty good but the guy has had recruiting classes just short of Calipari during some years and has not won the big one and has flamed with some good teams. He's not a "hack" but he's not a great coach at all.

U can add the Wiscy coach to the piss poor B10 showings in March. Last year OK, but his record DURING the season and in the Dance are vastly diff. Hope D Stone has looked at that.

Apparently, the kid who got hit (Devin Davis) was to blame in the incident (per police). He purposefully jumped in front of the car, as everyone does when they've had a few to drink. Even a worse look.
