Clingan locked in with his diet and his exercise — a whole lot of stationary bike — and has dropped about 10 pounds.
“I realized that maybe if I change this, it would be better for my feet, better for my body,” Clingan said. “I really locked in to watching what I was eating, cutting down the calories, especially since I wasn’t active. I was focusing on what’s going to be best for me to help this team when I come back.”
“It really was my decision,” Clingan said. “Me and coach talked, and I felt it was right, I could go out there and give it my all. He trusted me. After the game, I have no soreness, nothing to worry about, so I’m happy.”
