Because it's never too early. :) Gary Parrish is predicting 2 Huskies in the lottery next season (only has predictions for the first 14 picks)...

If Clingan’s a lottery pick next year, that probably means he’s found a bit of a perimeter game. If Castle’s in the lottery it probably means he’s reached his 80th percentile outcome, and developed a consistent perimeter shot. IMO if both of those things happen, we’re locked for a deep run again this March.

If Clingan's in the lottery, he's probably demonstrated some expansion of last year's role, but most of all the conditioning to play twice as many minutes. If all he does is prove he can play 25 minutes per game at a high level, he's in the lottery.

Castle - I don't know that improving his perimeter shot is that critical. Probably more important is can he lead the team & make plays as lead guard at this level as well as he did in high school. If he adapts to high DI in under a year, they'll have confidence he can adapt to the pros.
