Great thread at end of last year with many great suggestions.
Got locked for some apparent reason but can be viewed here.

OT: - Cleveland _____________________ Name That Team

I think Cleveland Rockers is the most natural fit and feels very baseball. They can play up the whole rock and roll angle and go with a new color scheme. An issue could be the Colorado Rockies. MLB might not want two teams with very similar names.

And my personal choice the Steamers.

None made the cut. They went MCU on us and named them the Guardians. Not exactly sure what they are guarding but it is what it is.

Some people have found the new name and logo shocking.
