If, right now, with the conference crap, Cincy and USF are our football peers, then when P is gone at the end of the '13 season, the bar has been raised for what we will have to do and what we will have to spend to keep up. FWIW, we spent enough on P to make that kind of a splash -- we just misspent the money.
