Jamelle is slowly moving up the Big East rankings since her arrival at Cincinnati. However, before she can have more of an impact, her recruiting has to get better. She's got to start landing a couple of recruits ranked in the Top 50. Hopefully that can happen starting with the 2013 class. She's a good coach, just needs more talent.
