UConn's Christian Vital To New Players: 'Be Ready'

Adams and Vital have been roommates throughout the summer and continue to talk about ways to make sure the team's collective chip on the shoulder stays put.

"Christian and I have been roommates and we've been talking about it every day," Adams said. "We can't wait til the season starts, everybody who was here last year, we've got that pact. We made a bond to never let that happen again — including coach [Kevin] Ollie and the coaching staff."
