Ole Miss is not concerned with some light domestic abuse. How bad could it be?

Don't read the police report Rebs!

Light is one way to describe it, I can't believe they are doing this... Actually I am not surprised at all that an SEC school is bringing him in. I have to wonder if this will hurt recruiting, if I had a kid who was a great basketball player there is no chance I would advise them to go play for this scumbag

I can just imagine the SEC's vetting process:

SEC "Do you pinky swear to never try to choke your fiance again?"

Beard "Yes"

SEC "You're cleared to be hired"
It's more like "Can you win and make us a boatload of money? Cool, you're hired. We will handle the media spin as soon as Sunday services are over. Welcome aboard. You like ribs?"

St. John’s should really sneak their Pitino hire right in using this as cover. He’s a choir boy compared to Beard.
Watch him hire the recently fired Texas Tech coach as his assistant again too. That would be the topper.

Are you ready?

They’re coming for ppls throats next year

If I told you before the season, there would be a major conference that would hire a coach who within the last few months assaulted his partner, and had a team with a player charged with murder and a player who brought the player the gun used in the crime without being suspended, would there be any other possibility than the sec?
