I could be wrong but I believe that all Huskies that are enshrined in the Naismith HOF are eligible to have their number retired by UConn.

Look for Maya and Sue in the next few years.

She's not in the Naismith Hall of Fame, so no. But she is up on the wall.

I see that one is in Knoxville while the other is in Springfield.

I'd like to think so. Certainly Maya would have if she didn't truncate her career. You are probably right. She won at every level repeatedly.

There is NO way Maya's number won't be. She has won at every level. And never went 2 years in a row without winning a championship.
