He thought he was coming to play in a certain system (which he isn't actually cut out for due to lack of quickness and versatility). When we didn't play that way he wasn't happy and left. Ironically Vance ended up fitting the system we actually played much better than the system we told him we were going to play. But he wasn't recruited to do so!
