Grew too fast. Joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles need to catch up. Plus, 7'4" and 162 pounds need some support.

Yes, provided it isn't a particularly mobile chair. For example, if it has casters, it's probably going to score.

He was 217lbs in January. Injury obviously a huge concern here. Gotta think he'll need to be 250+ to survive college or the league. Don't love that knee brace.
