When anyone thinks of Tulane, they might remember schools like DePaul and Virginia Tech in the BE as well.

Not to mention the rest of the schools. The last 20 years of the BE was pretty much ourselves, Louisville, and then a bunch of scrub and choke artist programs. If you remove what was accomplished by UCONN and Louisville from what the BE accomplished nationally over the last 2 decades, what's leftover is not pretty. At all.

Instead of hating on us, fans of all those other programs should be thanking us for creating the illusion that their team played in an amazing conference.

In a vacuum sure, but, as you know, the top 2/3 of the conference is what made the big East.
