Heard that there was some agreement reached re scheduling, at least re Our Girls and the CC. Just back from three weeks away, and have looked back about 11 Yard pages to find news on this. Chances are I just am not seeing it (the joys of macular degeneration).............anybody know what the story is? Thanks and stay well.

STill dry after ten or more years....vitamins only (well, exercise and lifestyle and such).....my mom was legally blind with wet. Your situation? (This should prob go to private mail or whatever it is called....certainly not sports talk....perhaps I shouldnt have even made the aside about "the joys")

I don't have it but im a retinal angiographer and I work in the retina field. At least its dry, it's better than the wet kind but there are no treatments for the dry kind except for the vitamins and the leafy green vegetables

Good to hear you aren't in The Club, LUCKY....thus the name? God bless you for your work in this field. Am doing the vits (and greens) as noted ....plus.

Getting back to the original topic of the thread, am seeing on here tonight ( just back from a HUGE steak dinner at friends.;;;not a plus for the retina or the macula....but mighty tasty along with top shelf bourbon) some news about the new or old Big East as it pertains to the Catholic schools. \
My sense at this point from the responses here is that my original info about a "deal" on scheduling between the Mackerel Snappers (can't remember if that is that exact term or not....many of my closest friends, including the steak and bourbon folks from tonight , are Catholic and will set me straight) and UCONN was INcorrect, and that there is no such "deal" or agreement.

There has not been a formal agreement. There will be one on Friday cementing UConns place as a mid-major, but no scheduling agreement.

The Catholic 7 are universally wretched at women's hoops anyway, so I don't see the benefit. The men's program is going to need to find some competition somewhere.
