All he needs is some time in the gym and he's a really great player for us. Very smart. He definitely has had some coaching in his day.

It seems like all our bigs (exception may be DO) seem to have good hands but after the past few years our bar may be pretty low. They also have the ability and the touch to score inside. I like Carlton a lot.

Hes someone that impressed me before the season when i saw his mixtape highlights (yeah, mixtapes i know) a month ago. I hadnt really taken a look at him but i was really impressed and he seemed like a real diamond in the rough. Liked his hands, iq and moved his feet really really well. The ceiling is the roof with this kid. I think he can be an all conference player before hes done here. He just has to want it and i see no reason to doubt him.
