That shot reminds me of NBA old timer Dick Barnett.
Richard Barnett (born October 2, 1936) is an American former professional basketball player. The top draft choice of the Syracuse Nationals (now the Philadelphia 76ers) of the NBA in 1959. He played with the Los Angeles Lakers for three seasons. Legendary Laker announcer Chick Hearn nicknamed him "Fall Back Baby."

The way I remember it (so we can't be sure),'Fall Back Baby' was what Barnett would say after releasing the ball. Telling his team to get back on D because the shot was going to be good. He was very confident Also the legs went in the other direction.
