Well, after putting my first born on a UCONN AND OVER parlay last night, I’m near busted. I’m down to my final wager. Fortunately, it’s my “lock of the year” pick that I’m sharing here at no cost.

Take Stanford and give the 8.5. Arizona used every ounce of effort they had to win last night. And they celebrated after the game like they just won the NC. For them, they did. The physical and emotional tanks are empty. Reminds me of UCONN/ Mississippi State game. They had nothing left in the NC game. Stanford in a walkover.

But if I did, I’d put my money on Stanford. That team looks really, really good! They can hit from outside. They have been playing really hard, battling for loose balls, winning the rebounding battle, and generally doing what needs to be done to win. Great coaching (obviously). Great length. Lots of size. Probably the deepest team heading into the elite eight. They just keep throwing bodies at you.

Frankly, it’s hard to believe that they lost this year.
