OT: Can we talk BBQ grilling/smoking?

This is what I’ve got to do next.
HMU for my recipe sometime. I’ve tried a bunch and settled on one modified. It’s really easy. Just throw everything together in a food processor and you have your sauce marinade. Chicken thighs are so cheap I got 12lbs for 10 bucks and doing jerk marinade /grilling to them is my favorite way To have them. Even more than smoking.
 
12 Jerk chicken thighs marinated for 36 hours about to hit grill as I type ( well when I’m done typing) wanna come over? it’s about 8 too many for us. You’ve got 90 minutes.
