This is a solution to our offensive woes:

Fantasy Trade
Give them our top 4 WR's (Williams, Davis, Smith, Phillips) 115 receptions/1500 yds/2 tds

We get back: Marquis Lee 98 receptions/1450 yds/13 tds

It's amazing how pathetic our offensive attack really is

What's amazing is that it's one of the best we've had in recent memory

No, it's not a solution to our offensive woes. Why? Because USC's offensive schemes are flexible enough to put their players in a position where they are allowed the best chance for success. UConn's offensive coaches don't seem to understand this. UConn's pro-style offense might be pro-syle, but it's from 1998, not 2012.

Don't be so negative. Lee also has good size to crackback on the OLB in the the wildcat. Wait.....now that we are running a zone blocking scheme, he might have to get the MLB

Lee may have to PLAY OLB. All the while, the aformentioned WR's that UConn gives up in trade are catching 1,000 yards a peice.

How about we trade Coach P and his staff for Kiffin and his staff. It is a win/win for both schools. Pat Hayden uses it as a salary dump since he didn't hire Kiffin and gets a cheaper buyout to start with his guy...we get Kiffin (who will look to void his deal after a yr or 2) an ACE recruiter in Eddy Orgeron, a UP and coming young off Asst in WR coach Tee Martin...we lose out in the DCoord spot too...but overall it is a win win. Plus Layla Kiffin also comes in the deal!

You know there are reasons why these guys are ace recruiters, right?

Orgeron is a guy who has always seemed to walk that edge between cheating and straight. He did get in trouble for a few minor recruiting violations but has never been caught red handed. Locksley is a DC guy who played at Towson and has always had success in the MD/DC atea as a recruiter. I will say this though...Tee Martin would be a HUGE upgrade over Cersosimo both as a wr coach AND a recruiter! He did very well in both areas while at Kentucky before he left for USC.

I don't think our WR's are really a problem. We certainly don't have a stud, but have several 1-A level guys. Our OL is a much bigger issues.
