You'd be depressed with the fact that they rate dook as the number 1 college team with the best pro players. They use Career PER (Player Efficiency Rating) to determine. Duke has 4 Top 50 guys (the other 5 teams mentioned have only 2) in the pro's currently (Brand (13) Boozer (17) Hill (27) Maggette (38).

UCONN is one of the 6 teams mentioned as the "best" (they are not ranked, however he lists dook first and talks the most about them).. Ray Allen (30) Emeka Okafor (49)

Other Teams Wake Forest: Chris Paul (3), Tim Duncan (4) North Carolina: Vince Carter (18), Antwan Jamison (35) Arizona: Gilbert Arenas (23), Jason Terry (44) Alabama: Gerald Wallace (46), Antonio McDyess (48)

Then he talks about the teams likely to join in the future Kentucky, UCLA, Texas, Georgetown

I assume he is somewhat close to the top 50. I also would guess that the first few years in the league probably hurt him when talking about the efficiency aspect of the Career PER. A lot of the guys mentioned have played more years than Rudy and therefore had more opportunity to level out their inefficient rookie and sophomore years.

very clear..no in-depth analysis rather based solely on career PER, it is quite apparent he had to meet a deadline with this one.
