CAN ESPN COUNT?

ESPN can count---sometimes to five and at other times to twenty-five. Maybe i'm being a little picky here, but I have noticed on the ESPN ticker that we only see the top five women's bb teams listed according to AP polling. Yet, somehow ESPN can find the space to reveal to us the top twenty-five men's teams. Why is this? Is there only so much "black space" that can be utilized at any one time? Is "cost" somehow an issue?

Do you mean the event bar on top of ESPN.com? When I go to ncaaw I see all top 25 games for the day selected... yesterday there were only 3... tomorrow 0.
