Was looking at the Duke All Access photos on ESPN, and this one made me think ... do the players have to be reminded of this stuff? It looks like a list of things that UConn does as part of normal routine, along with running to huddle on TOs (men didn't do that last night and drove me crazy).

Yes. You ALWAYS reinforce your goals or the message/practice becomes fuzzy.

There's something to be said for a simple message though. I like the Patriots one: "Do Your Job". It's that simple.
