The ninth and final biweekly edition of the 2020-21 Boneyard Top 25 poll is rapidly approaching.

Ballots are due to me, via private message, by 11:00 a.m. ET on Monday, March 15. (If you don't know how to send a PM, let me know in this thread and I will PM you first.) Please note: Ballots should reflect all games played through Sunday, Mar. 13.

2020HOWTOVOTE_080520_V01_BV_1596666870539_hpMain_16x9_1600.jpg

Some notes and reminders:
  • Early ballots are generally not allowed, unless accompanied by instructions for contingency scenarios. All ballots need to reflect the same body of work, i.e., all games played through Sunday.
  • Please double-check your ballot for inadvertently repeated teams. This error is easy to make but not easy to catch. Here's a tip: Once you think you have your final rankings, copy them into Word, Excel or a similar program, and then sort the team names alphabetically. This should make it readily apparent if any team is listed twice.
  • Full ballots (of 25 teams) are strongly encouraged; short ballots (of at least 10 teams) are accepted.
  • No ties are allowed on a ballot. Each team on the ballot must have a unique ranking.
  • All voters are welcome regardless of fan base affiliation. The only requirement is to have a Boneyard account. Also, there is no requirement to have participated in previous polls.

I promise, ABSOLUTELY PROMISE, I will turn mine in before the DEADLINE! Now, just for clarity are our ballots supposed to predict the AP poll or predict the NCAA Committee ranking OR should we have whole another thread discussing these merits and then bash those who try to predict as having their own personal agenda against "said team"???

Only notable game tomorrow is the big12 final now that MoSt is out. You might want to move up the deadline so you can get it tabulated before the bracket comes out.

Stephen F Austin and FGCU both are playing tomorrow—and both have received votes in the Top 25. While it’s not a Top 10 team, their results can both impact votes.

Ok, so 3 games. Still not very much, and they'll all be done by 4 pm ET.

I gave this thought but my work schedule on Monday is such that I should be able to turn it around early afternoon, well before the selection show at 7p ET.

Oh goodness...this was the toughest ballot of the season to put together. I'm still tweaking it, barring the outcomes of today's games...but for what I have so far, I ended up moving some teams up significantly from the previous poll, or not dropping teams at all, even though they lost.

Don't forgot about the mid majors..... like mid majors who won both the regular season AND conference championships.... who could be located in the south... with feline mascots...

Ok, I just submitted my ballot and I have 5 mid-major teams on it
American, Atlantic Sun, MVC, Summitt and WCC
....but alas, no teams located with feline mascots from the south, but one with an Eagle!

I have to remember not to vote for Missouri State twice. I know they beat Maryland but still.

Ballots are due in 12 hours — don't forget to move clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time.

Eight ballots have been submitted thus far. Let's end the polling season with a bang.

Just under 75 minutes remain before the polls close.

Don't be left on the sidelines on the last Boneyard Top 25 poll of the season!

Don't forget to rank everyone's favorite teams! Vanderbilt, Duke, and Dixie State haven't lost a game in months! Months, I tell you!

Again, thanks for putting this all together, Plebe.

It's 11:04 AM, where's the results of the polls? Inquiring minds want to know? I mean, it's been all season for you to figure out how to automate the polling...where are your priorities????

I jest of course and wanted to thank you for this Herculean effort that you undertook all year for our amusement and discussion.

Kudos to Plebe!

Results will be ready in about 15 minutes, pending a potential corrected ballot from a "repeater" who hasn't gotten back to me yet.

Plebe is a Rockstar. Thanks Plebe for all you do. Boneyard Poll is the best WCBB Poll around. Massey, ESPN, AP, USA polls are amateur hour.
