It just occurred to me that I should cross-post the call for ballots here in the General WBB subforum, as I realize that some folks may not be checking in regularly on the main forum.

See the call for ballots here: *Call for votes*: Preseason Boneyard Top 25 Poll

Still plenty of time to prepare your ballots by the Monday morning deadline.

I want to re-emphasize that everyone on the Boneyard, regardless of fan affiliation, is encouraged to submit ballots. Similar to last season, the plan is to do a new poll every two weeks.

Just a friendly reminder that the voting deadline is less than 24 hours away (11am ET).

Seventeen ballots have been cast so far.

I may regret agreeing to do this as I have already spent far too much time editing, re-editing and hesitating on my list. Damn you @Plebe! ;) My family has already started to "mock" me...

Hey! Just tell them being one of the cool kids come at a price. And if they're still giving you sass, tell them to start a Boneyard account and submit a ballot if they think it's so easy :D

Just to reassure you: The first ballot is always the toughest one, in my opinion. After that you've established your starting point of sorts, and it becomes a lot easier to just tweak the list in light of the latest results rather than having to start from scratch, as we're all doing now.

Well, my main goal is to keep ND and Tenn out of the top 25 ALL YEAR, so...

It's nice to see that our voters aren't coming in with any preconceived biases
That should be easy to accomplish. My posting skill showing, this was meant to answer DefenseBB post in regards to Tennessee and ND!
