As much as this game sucks (And boy am I drinking now), this will be used by Calhoun. I would not look forward to the next few days of practice if I am a member of the team.

Also, if Calhoun has to miss any time for illness from now on, can Ollie please coach instead. I can't take how Blaney shows zero emotion and he is a horrible in game coach.

Yes the one good thing about this is Calhoun will be at the next practice. I had a bad feeling about this game. Im not really surprised, they were due for a clunker without Calhoun and this is by far the best team they played during the suspension. I remember a lot of people were getting on Blaney after the Marquette loss last year. As long as him and Calhoun are both here Blaney will be the one to fill in.

Let's hope because as although I've tried to been patient with this team, this one is concerning. They looked absolutely lifeless with the exception of Olander. The team makeup right now is just lazy and complacent and it's back to that very typical confused Calhoun halfcourt offense that we see that suffers when they don't have a go to guy that can create his own shot. What becomes more concerning is that they generate zero offense off defense, as seen today in a situation where they tried to apply pressure down big and it was completely ineffective. The sum of all parts is not adding up for this team and although I think they are built to be better late in the year, the team chemistry is just bad right now - no heart whatsoever. The most frustrating player to me, despite some good offensive games, has been Nappier. He's shown so little as a floor general and continues to throw up bad shots, bounce balls of his legs. He was a horror show today.

Calhoun cannot fix everything that was exposed tonight. They are going to have to be a great home team in BE play because every road game will be a potential L the way they are playing. Only hope they can improve but when you see such limited improvement in individual players like Oriakhi it's a concern.
