as easy as riding a bike. bet JC won't be saying that too soon. Get well soon.

Very good news. Successful means operation (1st step) now comes the hard part (i.e recovery/rehab) to make it even more successful. With that said basketball is secondary.

I would not be surprised if he decides not to return. Coaching for him is as much physical as it is mental. Only thing is JC is a tough, stubborn and independent SOB.

Does anyone thinks Calhoun gives a rat's ass about the Boneyard and the people here that are wishing him well?

Who are you writing these comments for? Yourself?

He hates the media and I am sure message boards are right there with it.

I am sure he reads the comments here on a daily basis and follows our suggestions

Jeez.

You are just so pleasant STB.

Good luck with your recovery Coach!

Many people with friends receive messages 2nd hand ("you know many people/fans are wishing you well"). Anyone sick or recovering feels better hearing this type of support and prayers. Unless you know JC and his family/friends better than I do. Pat Summit probably doesn't read message boards either but she was aware of the prayers and well wishes by UConn fans.

Anyway, no need to be jealous of others receiving attention. If you changed your viewpoint you may too experience this sort of lifting up and shared concerns. I think I understand how you feel though, but it still must be tough when no one gives a rat's ass if your eyes fell out.

Get well soon Coach C. You're a real tough guy and inspiration!
