Holmoe speaks of bringing a ton of fans because BYU is a national team. Better put the temporary seating back up.

Would be good to get a couple basketball as well.

Thought about making the trip to Provo but could somebody comment on how dry Provo is?

Never been to Provo, but it is a college town. It isn't "dry". If you mean arid...heck yeah, it's probbaly pretty arid.

My own story involved Salt Lake City. Driving from San Jose to the Boston area in fall of 1999 (watching the NC in CA, away from husky fans was the last straw for me) We drove straight from SJ to SLC in one day. Set the cruise on 101-102 after we got past Reno. Arriving late, we were dying for a beer...and hungry, so found Olive Garden. They had a bar, and cute blonde bartender. We walked up and ordered a local micro brew...and she smiled and made us back up ten paces. She couldn't operate the taps if we were within 10 feet of them or something. Crazy stupid law...but the beer was good just the same.
