Our old buddy Emmert has just released a statement saying that the NCAA is getting out of the jersey selling business so get one while you can.

1. The NCAA will not be selling them through their store.
2. The NCAA will not be making them.

I bet they'll stop marketing certain jersey numbers and let you pick what numbers you want, and jack the price up of course! This way schools can't be accused of profiting off certain players. And CodyJ can get his McCummings jersey now! lol

Just read that as well. If you go through the Twittersphere you will notice some people (mostly from CBS and Yahoo) are (were?) paraphrasing it as "NCAA will no longer allow jerseys to be sold."

That came across the bottom line last night, only going to sell championship merchandise
