Bring back Dee Rowe- at least we had no expectations or pretentions. The students also enjoyed those games.
This year's team is one of the most poorly prepared I have seen in the 52 years since I left UCONN.
How can lazy passes be tolerated with no consequences? How can driving one on three be tolerated? How can "I'm gonna' drop this ball (that I could have passed) until you get up to it" be tolerated. How can an "ain't we cool" attitude when you get a two point lead be tolerated? Brimah plays with more discipline and poise than any of the rest. I predict he will make a difference, but not enough.
Oh Boy ! Do I hope I am wrong.
There is no discipline on this team. Give them three games with Brimah and unless there is a big improvement in performance and demeanor, it's time to clean house or settle for mediocrity - choose one.
Plenty of good athletes who deserve better.
