She always plays tremendously hard. But when her shot is not going in, but sometimes in the past, she would continue to shoot and shoot (to the tune of 0-10 or 1-11 from beyond the arc). I haven't checked the stats accurately enough lately, but it does seem that if her outside shot is off, she will take 3 or 4, and then try to score other ways if she's missing it.

Either way, she's a fabulous player and always gives 100% out there o both sides of the ball. GREAT game for her and so psyched she had such monster numbers!!

Bria played great in the 2nd half vs Baylor and it carried over for the entire game today. She was terrific and I'm thrilled for her.

She was great and Uconn as a team (with the exception of Kaleena) all came out of their funk - Stewart 10-19 2-4, Stef was 7-12 1-2, and Moriah was 6-8 0-0, on top of Bria's 11-15 6-8. Now Kaleena needs to get her head straight and the team will be running strong.
The other issue I see is that Banks and Chong are not being aggressive enough on offense - 3 shots between the two of them is just not enough. It seems like the aggression they had when Morgan and Kaleena were out has evaporated.

Just want to say Moriah also had a great game - when did she last have a turnover in a game? 8 - 0 assists - turnovers after 5-0 against Baylor.

If not for her junior year slump, Bria would have a great shot at 2000 points, a milestone only seven players have reached at UConn, and only one of those a guard.

She's at 1628 now, with presumably 21 games to go, so she still has a slim shot.

Bria was great in this game! I used to cringe at her decision making and she is doing real well with that this season! What I love most about Bria this season is her leadership!

We've got a great offensive player in KML. We're hoping to get another one in KLS. I understand there's a lockdown defender in the DC area that goes by TSA.
