Last year, during the NY State championships, I happened to sit next to Brian Stewart during one of the games and chatted with him at others. It was a pleasure to talk with him. Just as he appeared on SNY, Brian is a humble, proud and supportive Dad who is honest, straight forward and not without a great sense of humor. It was clear the apple (Breanna) didn't fall far from the tree!

Thanks for sharing that. My experience with UConn players', both male and female, parents has been the same. I suppose it isn't a surprise that likeable kids have likeable parents.

My initial impression is that Breanna's folks are AAs of the top calibre. I hope they got to stay over to watch the Duke game. BTW: she has a cute younger brother who looks a lot like her. Uhhh...Kevin Ollie...take notice.
