It said ACC is interested in expanding to 16 and UCONN & Rutgers would be candidates.

Tomorrow afternoon OU and UT are having meetings to determine their respective futures (these meetings were planned from the middle of last week and I personally believe that the timing of the ACC's move was to get that part completed before the Monday OU & UT meetings).
Nothing will happen anywhere on any further expansion (beyond likely dozens of preliminary discussions throughout the college sports world) until after OU & UT announce their plans. It kind of sucks but at the moment every remaining football member of the BE (including TCU) and every remaining member of the B-12 is dependent on UT's decision.
