Point 1 - this comes up every year, without fail, like the falling of the temps in Minnesota, or the raising of the tops in New Orleans. Every year there is one guy, at least, on the bench who one or more posters believes should get that chance, because so and so isn't playing really well. Last year, for example, it would have been Wolf for either AD or AO. The problem, young fella, is that you're overlooking the fact that he gets a chance every day to prove he is a good back up. In practice. And I can assure you, without even a lick of first hand knowledge, that Ollie and the other coaches are watching most closely for any player to demonstrate in practice the metal that is required for Big East game play. No worries then. He'll continue to have the chance - we don't need to watch him come into a game and and get overwhelmed to verify it.
Um. I'm going to encourage you to use your imagination; Allen could play a lot worse than RJ. Bank on it.
