If (and when) the Gators offer him, I think he's headed to UF.

“This is my first full year of playing high school because of injuries,” he said.
He says wherever he goes to school he plans to make the most of it to pursue his dream of playing in the NBA.
“I plan on working hard,” he said. “I’m going to be focused on what I gotta do. If I’m not in my dorm doing my school work I’m going to be in the gym or the weight room.”

This sounds like the type of guy we need

Any reason why we were named first?? :)
Because we're his top choice by a landslide. :) Not meaning to pick on you, but do you really think anyone here could answer that question? My guess it that list is in the order that the person who provided those names for article. Hum...that is a poorly constructed sentence but you know what I mean. Maybe UConn is the program that Hayes has mentioned to him the most, so that's the one that come up first. Or maybe Zags likes UConn a lot and reordered it.

I'm still inclined to think that we are a long shot with some very good programs such as Georgetown and UF that will be eligible for the 2013 tourney on his list. But who knows?!?! Maybe Ollie and JC made such a huge impression on him, including JC's track record of developing unheralded bigs into NBA draft picks.

Few, including me, thought we had any shot at Daniels last summer, and look how that turned out.

lets hope the JC visit ---I reported yesterday, does the trick. Plus I believe he has a visit to UConn scheduled for May 4.

UF just lost Walter Pitchford V, a backup center, to transfer. Once they miss on Anthony Bennett, they'll probably be going hard after this kid.
