Not that it matters too much, as it’s only November, but ESPN just updated their brackets for March and UConn takes the Top Overall 1 spot.

I know, I know, still too early. But I like tracking it to see it from the pre-season projection to the final 16, and have some spirited discourse with fans of other teams. Link here

Ole Miss in, Baylor out, a bunch of teams changing region and/or seeding. Our friend Vanderbilt makes it in as a 9 seed.

This is where it's crazy right now - Big Ten with 11, SEC and ACC with 10, Big 12 with 9, and Big East with 2. We shall see ...

The only two thing's that I wish the committee would do is that if you have a losing conference record you don't get in unless you win the conference tournament, and that the most teams that get admitted from a conference is 10.

How can this be? Doesn’t ESPN know that ESPN is biased against UConn?

And this will never happen, however I'd love to see the regular season champ be an automatic bid, and if the conf tourney champ is different, them also. In saying this before my am coffee, no idea if it would squash the little guys, help them, or eliminate the excessive teams from the so called power conferences. ¯\(ツ)/¯
