30 Assists, love that stat. Also Drea Toller, #1 fr from Oregon, loved watching that kid run the floor !

A few more minutes of play and Stokes might have had a triple double. 12 points, 13 rebounds, 6 blocks. Dolson had 31 minutes, Stokes played 21.

It is fun watching Kiah on defense. They talked about it in the game and focused in on her defense. She moves her feet and has great timing. She was taught well and obviously works at it.

And has great confidence in it as well - if she can just sustain the same confidence at the other end. She has really nice form on that mid-range jumper and great touch down low but just doesn't always believe in it during games.

We couldn't hit threes, but hit 77% of our twos. Nice!

Kiah,is a gifted rebounder and shot blocker, yet most criticize her offensive game.Did any body criticize the following ?Bill Russell,Rodman,Satch Sanders,Mourning,Mutombo,Rambis,K.C.Jones,etc.Chiney is not known as an offensive player.Just an observation.

Many of those were indeed criticized. Russell by constant comparison to Wilt offensively. Rodman had continuous criticsm of his offensive flaws. Mutumbo and Rambis, as well.

You have all read it before. One more time:

"All Caruso could do was sing."

- Jim Brown (former running back)

Many are looking for offense from Stokes because next year she is it. She doesn't need to be Tina Charles but she does need to be a scoring threat.
