Same here. A while back Wayne was on with Arnold Dean, Arnold had retired but he still subbed occasionally. I called and said I thought Wayne was a great color guy. He has info and knows how to get in and out. I guess Arnold was impressed because he gave me two tickets to a Don Zimmer roast at Mohegan Sun. I hadn't heard a thing about it so I get there wondering if there was free food. Turns out it was a big deal. The place was packed. I was at a table of 30-somethings from Long Island dressed to the nines. The surf and turf was filet and lobster tail. Free beer and wine and a copy of Zim's latest book. Thanks again, Wayne.
