He'll make 3's in the flow of the game taking 2-3 a game. I have seen most of the players ranked above Jackson including top 10 Terrence Clarke a bunch (at least 10x in person). In the 10x I have seen Clarke I don't think he's had even 1 game better than what I've seen personally from Jackson in the 3x I've seen him. I do think he is very under rated.
