One of them (might be the most recent) was Makai Ashton Langford who played 2 seasons at Providence and is now at BC, or BCU as it is called. The year after that had several defections, but they were guys that Hurley was ok with losing, as he hadn't recruited them.

I won’t say there isn’t a connection between this stat and the AAC, but the recruiting class rankings are very subjective and are heavily influenced by the sheer size of the class coming in

Another school that has to be thrilled is Connecticut. The Huskies aimed to add a point guard, a big man and a shot maker on the wing, and they did all three. Connecticut in fact landed high upside at each position and did so with a priority recruit as well.

For Danny Hurley and his staff to hit three for three on top targets at positions of need, has Connecticut thinking big as they look to compete in the Big East.

Who can rest easy and who has to get to work in the spring?
